Jo roz mere sapno me aati thi,
Jo roz mujhe need se jagati thi..
Sahara thi mera gardiso me,
Aur khushiyo me mere sath gun-gu-nati thi..!!

Jab thak har ke baitha mai,
To dil me nai ummeede jagati thi..
Aur jab apno ne rulaya tha,
To wo tu hi thi jo mujhe hashati thi..!!
Sayad wo tu hi thi..!!
Jo har pal mere sath thi,
Jo ek naye umang ki sougat thi..
Kabhi rulati bhi thi,
To kabhi hashi ki barshat thi..!!
Sayad wo tu hi thi..!!
Jisne samjha tha mujhe,
Jisne jana tha mujhe..
Mai to pattharo ko tarasta raha,
Ek tu hi thi jisko pana tha mujhe..!!

Jisne andhero me dipak jalaya,
Jisne har waqt mujhe samjhaya..
Jisne kho diya apna bazood mujhe pane mai,
Aur jisne har waqt mujhe aajamaya..!!

Aaj jiske samne,
KASAK ki zuwan moun he..
Aur kal-talak jisse poochta tha..
